Join our team
Join our dynamic Account Management team in Berlin as an Account Manager (f/m/d), where you’ll play a vital role in client success and operational excellence. Your main focus will be on after-sales client management, including issuing orders and invoices, placing our print and online ads, and handling activities related to the pv magazine web shop. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with your Account Management colleagues in Berlin and report to the Team Lead, Account Management.
Your responsibilities
As an Account Manager (f/m/d) on the Account Management team, you will:
- Serve as the main point of contact for international clients, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate ad placements and keep accurate records of all bookings.
- Manage invoicing and payment tracking to maintain financial transparency, including sending invoices and payment reminders.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to prepare and send out mailings.
- Create customer reports and participate in regular reviews of print and banner advertisements.
- Contribute to the preparation of both monthly and annual financial statements.
- Work closely with Sales, Editorial, Events, and Marketing teams to handle client requests and bookings, aiming to exceed client expectations.
- Take initiative to improve and simplify existing workflows and support the integration of new processes and technologies.
- Support your colleagues in the Account Management team as needed.
